What we collect

When you request a Growth Diagnostic, the form asks for:

• Your name
• Your work email
• Your brand name and website
• Approximate monthly revenue and ad spend ranges
• Your biggest growth challenge, and any detail you choose to add
• The kinds of help you're looking for

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We don't ask for payment details or sensitive personal information through this site, so please don't include them.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your request, to understand your business, and to assess whether Supportab is a good fit. We may keep it to follow up on that conversation or a resulting engagement.

Who processes it

The website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores form submissions on our behalf. Submissions and replies are handled through email. These providers process the information to deliver their services, under their own terms and privacy policies.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't currently use analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy before we add them. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and request details, to operate and secure the service.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as it's useful for the conversation or engagement it relates to, and delete it when it's no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email ashish@supportab.com and we'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.
